Shipping Policy

How do you generally ship?

Single Desk Orders are shipped free to the Continental US via FedEx unless they include L-Shaped tops, which must go on a pallet via a LTL (Less-Than-Load) due to size. While FedEx will deliver to a suite inside a building by default, an LTL load will not. If you require inside delivery and have an L-Shaped desk in your order, please contact us in chat and we'll provide an inside delivery quote.

Multiple Desk Orders typically ship via LTL (Less-Than-Load) and arrive on pallets with the desk tops and frames securely strapped to the pallet. Please contact us in chat if you require an inside delivery.

How long will it take to get my desk?

We maintain warehouses in San Jose, CA and Asheville, NC. We work hard to optimize stocking levels to allow fulfillment from the warehouse nearest the your address. If we cannot fulfill from the warehouse nearest your location, we will advise you of that so that you are aware of the added lead time.

Do you ship to Hawaii and Alaska?

Yes, we can ship to your preferred freight forwarder, recommend freight forwarders or quote shipping directly to your location. Please reach out in chat. 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to our international customers via freight forwarders or through FedEx Air Freight.
