45-Day No Hassle Return:
Note: Any item sold as a closeout is ineligible for returns and warranty coverage. A closeout item will be marked [closeout] in the product title.
We've built our business on the above claims, but understand that new customers may wonder whether that is just marketing talk. If you don't agree we've delivered on these promises, let us know within 45-days of your purchase and we'll pick the desk up and process a full refund of your money. Any item sold as a closeout is ineligible for returns and warranty coverage. A closeout item will be marked [closeout] in the product title.
- Custom tops are not covered. (Any top featured on our site is not custom. Custom tops are made-to-order per customer request.)
- The sit stand desk needs to be placed in its original packaging so that it may be returned to us in salable condition.
- Special delivery services such as installation or inside delivery are not covered.
- Multiple-desk (bulk) purchases are not covered. (please email us if you're concerned over this so we may discuss getting a sample desk ordered)
Received Wrong Product:
If you believe you received the wrong product, please contact customer service within 72 hours of receiving the product.
If a product is damaged during shipping, please email us.
If a product is defective in materials or workmanship, we will repair or replace the affected product at no charge or refund the purchase price for the affected product if repair or replacement is not commercially practicable or cannot be timely made.
