MANAGER, SOCIAL MEDIA

Location: Asheville, NC preferred, but for the right fit, would consider remote
Summary:
We're building beautiful sit stand desks and bringing them to customers affordably, but we're about much more than that. Our true mission is to offer solutions to combat the ailments of sitting for extended periods while working. Doing that will require an energetic, creative, credible social media voice and we need the right person to build that with us from the ground up.
Experience:
To date, we have relied on traditional sales techniques and online marketing, so we are known in the traditional circles, but are now looking to take our story of quality, affordability and commitment to healthy workspaces to social media. It is a clean slate as we have put limited effort into social thus far. The ideal candidate will have been a part of taking a brand from limited social presence to a solid social following.

CUSTOMER HAPPINESS COORDINATOR

Location: Asheville, NC preferred, but for the right fit, would consider remote
Summary:
Our SitStandDesks come in many shapes and sizes. We are committed to client outcomes, meaning our customers buy our products with an expectation of feeling better in their workspace. We obsess over making our products quieter, sturdier and easier-to-use than the competition, but we want to make sure that the customer's happiness is realized. You will use a proven set of surveys, email campaigns and telephone check-in calls to make sure that everything went smoothly with the customer's installation.
Experience:
The key requirement is a passion for the customer. Our manufacturer-direct model works only when we offer superior service follow-up to local dealers and the Customer Happiness Coordinator ensures that.
